We-Blog
New development version
I just put a new developement version of We-Blog online. This is still version 0.9, but some changes have taken place:
- Added support for social media, like
- Linked In
- Google Plus
- Skype
- Githib
- Added support for statistics sites, like
- Google Analytics
- Piwik
- Added configuration list option to
we-blog-config
- Installation now creates a link, called
wb
I just released version 0.8 of We-Blog.
I created a Google project and a Google discussion group.
Version 0.8 is now the stable branch and 0.9 the development branch.
What's new?
Well, to be really honest, not that much. I fixed some minor bugs and
did a lot of code cleanup. Although the original code of Jaromir was
very nice, there was some room for improvement. I removed a lot of
double functions and variables and put them all together in a We.pm
Perl module. Saves a lot of work with an update.
Released version 0.7
I just released version 0.7 of We-Blog.
This version can be downloaded in the Downloads section or
you can get it from github.
I'm still thinking about a good logo, but if you do have any good ideas, you can send them to me.
Please let me know if you find any bugs or if you have any ideas to improve we-blog.
Forked BlazeBlogger
After using BlazeBlogger for a while I decided to fork this and create my own. I like BlazeBlogger a lot, but I always have wishes that can't or will not be implemented in a more generic tool. So I took BlazeBlogger version 1.2.0 and forked it to We-Blog 0.5 and started changing.
I would like to thank Jaromir Hradilek for his excellent work and I hope that some of my ideas end up in BlazeBlogger.
